Please take notice: Effective Jan 1, 2010
$25/ per dog "No Show" appointment Fee. Will be added to your account to be paid with next visit.
$25/ per Hour Late Pick Up Fee. Your pup must be picked up with in 1 hour after notification or this fee will be an additional charge.
$30 min charge for any type of Bath request

Once you have a scheduled appointment…
you may tell us you would like to be contacted if we have any cancellations.
Cancellations are minimal; so please don't expect a call to change your original appointment
Honestly, we do very much appreciate your consideration in letting us know in advance if you no longer need your appointment

your dog's NAME
BREED
DATE
TIME (between9 AM to 2 PM)
TYPE OF APPOINTMENT (example; BATH & TIDY)
Guarantee: We do not guarantee your initial email request. Once a date & time have been agreed upon, we will send a final Confirmation Reply to you.
Responsibility: If you have not receive a response to your email.......It is your (customers) responsibility to resend your email or call 403-454-9399 between 9am to 2pm; Friday to Tuesday. It is your responsibility to make another appointment when you pick up your pup. We may be busy grooming but we are always willing to make another appointment for you before you leave. Just ask!
